I speak at EDI-focused events, workplaces and educational institutions, sharing insights drawn from my professional rugby career and my journey beyond the game. My talks explore the realities of navigating racism, building resilience, and transitioning into leadership roles, as well as the challenges and opportunities of life after elite sport.
