Professional Rugby

After making my professional debut for Dragons RFC at 17 years old, I went on to become a regular fixture in the squad over a 12-year career, earning the honour of ranking second on the club’s all-time try scorers list. My time in professional rugby instilled in me a strong foundation of discipline, resilience, leadership and teamwork - skills that have been instrumental in shaping my approach beyond the pitch. These qualities now underpin the high-quality service I deliver through Every Voice Consulting, where I bring the same commitment, focus and drive to help individuals and organisations thrive.

Lived Experience

Racism, in its many forms, is something I have experienced throughout my life, from my early days playing rugby at the grassroots level to my career as a professional athlete. 

These experiences, while challenging, have been a driving force behind my passion for creating meaningful and lasting change. As a public figure, much of the abuse I encountered played out in the public eye, with anonymous online accounts openly ridiculing my performances and making harmful comments that affected both my mental health and my game. Rather than remain silent, I chose to use my platform to speak out against discrimination, raise awareness, and advocate for others who face similar challenges. 

These experiences continue to shape my work today, fuelling my commitment to equity, representation and systemic change through Every Voice Consulting.

Every Voice Consulting was founded on a commitment to break down barriers and create truly inclusive environments. Advocacy was my starting point, but I quickly realised that driving meaningful change required going beyond words and applying practical, evidence-based solutions.

With an MSc in HR Management and experience spanning roles such as Non-Executive Director and Chairship, I’ve developed expertise in people management, change management, employment law and strategic alignment. These skills, combined with my passion for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, shaped the foundation of Every Voice Consulting.

The business represents the intersection of knowledge, experience, and purpose - supporting organisations to embed EDI into their culture and drive lasting, positive change.
